Best service I've ever had from any dealer in the uk can't say more than 10 out of 10

Although I have to travel/wait for the service to be done which is a nuisance, the dealership provide a comfortable waiting area with free refreshments and very good Wi-Fi which helps pass the time. All in all a smooth operation.

The whole experience was very easy! Scott Gaskill was excellent. His subject knowledge was second to none and he was always available (and still is!) for questions and answers and I would recommend him to anyone, as a first class salesperson, dedicated to their role!

The salesman Paul was the best. Helped me at every stage. Can’t stress how good he was.

With regards to the changing of brake fluid. I would have thought that would be included in a major service. Being asked for another £69 and being told in a way that it was compulsory to have the brake fluid changed.We declined this as we know we can get it done cheaper at another garage.

When paying my bill I asked about a further job he explained all about it & gave me a quote of the top of his head straight away, which was excellent I thought. But was a bit disappointed when I found the wash & vac hadn’t been done

Last year’s renewal of service plan by phone, I asked if plan was same as I’ve always had ,I was told yes , however it turned out I had been sold Volkswagen plan instead of the usual emac plan . This led to a problem with 1/2 price mot . I will not renew online again . The staff ,at lookers were very helpful and sorted me out , very professional set up . Thanks lee and Ahmed.
