As usual, an excellent experience with VW Service team at Blackburn. I have always found all the service team very helpful, good communication, advice and explanation of any work necessary. Very efficient and friendly. The collection and return of my vehicle is very beneficial to me due to health reasons at present. The person collecting the car contacts me by telephone prior to arrival. He is very supportive, efficient and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive from VW Blackburn. That is why I have had all my servicing work done there for over ten years. Excellent rating all round.
