When booking a service online, there could have been a section where one could indicate if there were any problem(s) with the car thus enabling part(s) to be ordered in advance if possible and in doing so keeping waiting time to a minimum.

I had to wait a very long time for my service to be completed. All in all I was there for over 4 hours. The service being 3 and half hours and 2 new tyres taking 30 minutes

Because of where you are located there is a need for customers to go to the shops while waiting and you used to provide this Unfortunately you were unable to provide this this time and I had to sit for 3 hours in your showroom
