This is the third car I have got from Adam Davidson at Lookers. I find him very professional, good at listening to what our needs are, and not at all pushy. He’s good at keeping in touch with us whilst we are waiting for our car to arrive too.On the day of collection I dealt with Csilla as Adam was off with covid. She was also excellent.I had to return to the garage a few days after collection due to a fault. On that day I had to wait quite a while in the showroom with my young son. The lady on reception was so kind, she gave us crayons to draw with and chatted to him to help keep him entertained.

I cannot fault the service team and I would also like to add my thanks to Paul Riding from when we bought the car in December because I didn't complete the survey then. Would highly recommend Lookers Blackburn to anyone who was looking for a new car.
