My only gripe is the aftercare service. Blackburn Lookers were good enough to give us a courtesy car while we gave our car in for some repairs. However Leicester branch were not very forthcoming considering my wife and I are in Leicester and she is disabled. So we have to go all the way to Blackburn to get our car fixed. That is very very upsetting for my wife. Especially when one spends over 40k for a car and this is the service they give us. Shame

Best service I've ever had from any dealer in the uk can't say more than 10 out of 10

Although I have to travel/wait for the service to be done which is a nuisance, the dealership provide a comfortable waiting area with free refreshments and very good Wi-Fi which helps pass the time. All in all a smooth operation.

The whole experience was very easy! Scott Gaskill was excellent. His subject knowledge was second to none and he was always available (and still is!) for questions and answers and I would recommend him to anyone, as a first class salesperson, dedicated to their role!
