I would willing say the service of the staff at Lookers Blackburn was first class both reception and sales staff if I rung for information i was rung back and when I went to pick the car up i was given a full tour of the car.The sales person i saw left, then I was very pleased with Simon.

Csilla was very helpful , knowledgeable about the car and checked about one problem of condensation and sorted it with the warranty team . She was good at communicating with us at all times while this was being done , made arrangements for the car to be delivered to us in great condition etc

Straight forward and accurate with times.

I have only given a 3 star rating to the booking section.The original appointment was certainly a 5 star.Due to circumstances I had to change the appointment.I thought the person wasn’t as pleasant on my call.Also as a motability customer I use the collection/delivery service .I have no problem with the £10 fee for such a good service .What did come out of my re schedule appointment was the two tier price seemingly depending on your post code.I really found this to be really insulting.
