I talked to Csilla when I enquired about a car and she was very helpful sending me a video of the car. Before I travelled 260 miles to see the car we had a few other calls during which Csilla gave me very detailed information around marks and stone chipsbin the car including a further more detailed video. This all ensured that I would not travel to the sales room to find any surprises. When I arrived Csilla was very helpful, excellent service. A friend of mine had a bad experience with Lookers in Stirling, closest Lookers to me, so I would not recommend them, however if this particular Lookers were closer to home I would definitely use them again. The sales guys in Stirling should spend a day in Lookers Blackburn to learn how to deal with customers.

You should be immensely proud of the service that Csilla and also John your Sales Manager recently provided to my family. Csilla went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best it could and along with John and your Valet Manager gave up a large part of their Friday evening to look after us. I was happy with everything up to arriving to pick my new vehicle up it was delayed due to sone paint work being done i was happy that this was being done but as i arrived i noticed on the passenger rear quarter stone chip rust coming through the paint and lacquer peel drivers rear quater 2 dints for the price i was paying for the car i was upset what was a great moment to swap my car turned into dread i took the car and was told the work was going to be done last Thursday but its been delayed as they were short staffed in the mean time my partner discovered rear break pads were worn they ready for changing why wasn't they checked???i was told it was serviced everything was fine nearly 28000 pounds for a car not up 2 standard i love my car and i was happy with adam and all his help i know he was panicking about everything just really disappointed i was keen to get my car but i did say it can wait id of rather had it all right,its being taken tommrow ill be glad as people have pointed out the things and i want it to be right im not one for moaning but i felt this needed saying everything thing else im happy with
