Overall, a stress free experience with great service.

Thanks for all the help in the rejection process and although we lost our 1st Tour, I’m sure the Tour we have now got will have exceeded our expectations. Loving the car, hopefully nothing goes wrong with this one. The white also makes a big difference. Thanks to John and Scott for all their help.

Csilla was absolutely fantastic. Although we couldn’t get a deal, I have visited a number of dealerships over the past couple of weeks and Csilla was bar far the most friendly and helpful person I dealt with.

Not by yourseles---But VW UK--are useless-----as good as chochlate tea pot, they would make me think twice of ordering another VW!!!!!!--------Thank Kathy again____Dave

We didn't go ahead with the deal because the logistics were impractical ... we are located 199 miles away which made a test drive impractical and it was too much money to spend on a vehicle we couldn't test drive ... however the salesperson we dealt with, Csilla, was friendly, obliging and professional and we were disappointed not to complete the sale with her.

Any questions were addressed immediately. All of the staff we met at the dealership were friendly and extremely professional, especially Adam Davidson who could not have been more helpful. We received first class service from start to finish.

The car was not valeted to a good standard. The engine bay was also full of leaves
