Helpful staff

The video regarding the condition of my vehicle is an excellent idea. This is meant as help and not criticism There is an art in speaking over the video. I think the service operators do well but they should speak a bit more slowly as I found it difficult to keep up. I know they are technical people and not PR people but just a little more care on the narrative and everything would be perfect. Thank you.

Delivery time delay is very disappointing. Not available until January

Great service from the salesperson I dealt with but another person who answered a call from me at the showroom asked me if I was the person who'd just emailed about the car I was interested in. This come across as a bit of a see through ploy to put pressure on me to buy. I'd try to avoid such tactics in future

when I first contacted Lookers I was told that I could have a motibility T-Roc with an advance payment of £499 but I could not order one until the new prices came out in July. I made contact in July and VW decided to withdraw the T-Roc from the scheme ! Therefore , I have had to look elsewhere for a vehicle and I have been left puzzled by the sequence of events.
