No sales pressure

The service reception team were fab and the use of the portal to keep updated on the service progress was fab. My only grumble was that I’d agreed for my car to be rinsed and hoovered but this didn’t happen.

The website was very easy to use. Everything was well organised. The staff are very polite and professional. They did a good job communicating with me throughout the whole experience.

From a shaky start on arrival, my concerns were listened to and dealt with swiftly and efficiently with the greatest courtesy and I left a happy customer. So embarrassed that I’ve forgotten the Sales Execs name (he has playing card tattoos on his hands). Anyway he was brilliant what a lovely bloke. Couldn’t do enough to help which is why I’ve been leasing VWs for 7-8 years and will continue to do so receiving service like this. 99% first contact lost the 1% because he didn’t take my complaint seriously.
