Excellent all round great i had some issues with personal matters

Staff very welcoming and friendly

Great friendly and helpful staff. The lovely grace on the service desk was one of the friendliest and kind members of staff i have ever come across, she kept me up to date with what was happening with my car throughout the time it was in the workshop as it was there for a couple days. I also take my hat off to the valet that cleaned my car as it was filthy and they did a fantastic job. The only thing I would suggest though is please give out a courtesy car with a bit more than 5 miles worth of fuel because if this was given to someone that needed to be somewhere urgently they may not have made it as it may have broken down on them (it nearly did on me) but thank you to everyone there and a massive thank you to grace.

Online, great, but !!!!! That personal touch takes looker up and beyond most of the rest . From walking in too picking my T-roc up the treatment was 100% professional the way the 2 lady s made me feel welcome offered coffee , the technician video, sales advisor walked me through the new T-roc , then jumping into a washed and vacuum car . Great experience well done lookers of blackppol giving VW that touch of class.
