Scott Young dealt with me with extreme patience . I was with out a car after my polo was written off . He kept me updated on my new polos arrival . A very friendly and helpful guy . It was a pleasure being served by him . A credit to have him working for VW Boackpol.

Scott was really helpful with helping me test drive and go over the finance for the ID3. Unfortunately, financial circumstances meant that I couldn't complete the deal and i'm sorry that i had to cancel. Scott handled my withdrawal from the sale with the utmost professionalism though.
