Scott has been absolutely fantastic - he has kindly supported me through the whole process of ordering and waiting for my car. He has taken every email I have spammed him with care and respect and helped with my constant worries. On the day of pick up he showed me around the car, he was welcoming and kind and answered all my questions and made sure i was confident before leaving

I have used lookers Vw Blackpool for many years the team there are 5 star wouldn’t use any where else for a new car or service

When I booked the car in for a service I said I wanted to bring it in early so I could have it back by lunchtime. When I arrived I was told it was booked in "all day". But the chap on reception said as I was one of the first to arrive it would be done early. When I arrive to collect it 2 hours later it hadn't even been started! I had to wait another 2.5 hours, more than 4.5 in total!!!
