Fully informed at all times whilst I waited for service and MOT

The service team were excellent. One point I would like to say is when you get a text saying your car is due a service and you are given a time it would be helpful to be informed that your car could be with you all day especially when you are waiting for the car. I was informed when I arrived that you can ask for a priority time when booking but this information was not on the original text. The team were very helpful and my car was ready in a time frame I expected. Thank you again service team for your help and professionalism

I visited Blackpool branch and had an appointment with scott he couldn't do enough for me was really impressed bye the way he dealt with me have already passed one of his cards on to my friend
