We got our brand new tig Volkswagen from lookers at Darlington north Yorkshire when booking the car it was very good until once it was brought to us it was nil Help at all. We went to preston Lookers and our Service we got was the worse ever very Low Market . Now in taking it to blackpool well what can one say Fantastic in full areas even the mechanic was 1st Class and the chap that book us in the day before as it was the next day car was taken in for over 3 hours but it was a lovely Experience and ive owned the best cars as my jockey life had me a food Level in life so please keep the good work that concrens all many thanks ......

I always drive with the handbrake on auto hold. Your technician had obviously tuned this off as part of the service but had not reset it. I was not aware of this until I stopped at traffic lights on a slight incline and the car rolled back. If this had been on a steep hill it would obviously have caused a problem. A separate minor issue is that you had disengaged the dashcam and not reconnected it and I only noticed after a few days.
