Make more of an effort to make the experience special. It may be an everyday experience for the garage but not for the customer. I don’t think the PDI was ever done as it would have shown the faults(4) on the system with sensors and all 4 of wheels out of alignment.Valet wasn’t brilliant with dust all over dashboard and finger marks on the centre insole. I was a bit underwhelmed to be honest with the experience. I’ve had far better handovers. I know the preliminaries had already been done so there was little to do but the offer of a drink and a little small talk would have been nice. I felt rushed like the salesman had to be elsewhere.I asked if a recall had been done he didn’t know and asked how to get a space saver tyre and was told to go into any VW dealer and ask.
