Some of your questions are not relevant as we acquired a motability vehicle. We ordered the car by phone and email during lockdown and were impressed with the service. Just rather a long wait from order to handover but think that was probably a manufacture problem and Covid related!

Quite underwhelming to be honest, perhaps due to covid? Paid £26999 for the car and was offered nothing apart from a phone lead. Promised a touch up pen by post but still waiting, 2 weeks on?? I felt rushed both looking at the car initially and certainly when I went to pick it up. Fortunately I really like the car. Thank you. Mr G J Delaney.
