Car was ready on time and parked in the showroom. I was shown the controls and the VW App was accessed. I was offered the demonstration of the parking system. Keith did an excellent job.

Neil Wardle was very helpful and efficient and we sorted out the handover with minimal fuss. However the main system software was out of date and the maps for the navigation system were also outdated as a result. Neither had been updated since 2020. I feel when buying an approved VW it is fair to expect the software to be fully up to date. However this was resolved by the service team promptly along with another issue which I hope has now been fixed.
