The website was very easy to use. Everything was well organised. The staff are very polite and professional. They did a good job communicating with me throughout the whole experience.

From a shaky start on arrival, my concerns were listened to and dealt with swiftly and efficiently with the greatest courtesy and I left a happy customer. So embarrassed that I’ve forgotten the Sales Execs name (he has playing card tattoos on his hands). Anyway he was brilliant what a lovely bloke. Couldn’t do enough to help which is why I’ve been leasing VWs for 7-8 years and will continue to do so receiving service like this. 99% first contact lost the 1% because he didn’t take my complaint seriously.

I liked the on-line tracking of the service

It worked although the service receptionist could not access the system as I dropped of my cat. The staff and facilities are excellent and a genuine credit to VW with very little room for improvement. However, the rigid enforcement of a 0800 opening time does inconvenience people dropping cars off for service on their way to work. Most other garages open at 0730 to avoid the rush.

Your sales staff were very good, friendly and professional. Especially Neil Wardle.
