Liam was a top person to help with the car handover. Only poor point is it’s not like the old days buying a car, when a bit of fuss was made maybe a VW branded umbrella!! Very smooth.

It was easy, quick and very understandable. No jargin so well done. I would have no hesitation now to tell my friends and family to go to lookers Blackpool VW as they look after you very professionally, and there is no hidden agenda with them. as I said earlier Grace and Holly on reception and Liam, my sales advisor were all truly professional people so well done and keep up the good work I was treated extremely well and the ladies on reception, Grace and Holly were very professional within their job
