The car has never had a Haldex/AWD oil change and I am told (by 2 x VW dealerships including Lookeds Newcastle and VW custome service) that it should be done every 2 years. As the service has never been done it could impact the AWD system on the car. I spoke to Lookers customer service who confirmed they can't see the Haldex oil has ever been changed and said I would have to raise a complaint via this online form. As the service has never been done and if an issue was to occur with the 4x4 system it presumably wouldn't be covered under the warranty either. Your website advertises MOT for £40 when booked with a service. I phoned Lookers Blackpool to make a booking and got transferred to your national booking service who repeatedly insisted that the MOT price with a service was £54.95 despite me telling them to look on your own website. This is unacceptable. Having been a loyal customer of your Blackpool branch in sales and service for over 15 years and had my cars annually serviced and MOT there I will now be moving to a local independent garage who know how to treat their customers. I was also planning on replacing the car this year with a new VW Polo but after this experience will be looking at an alternative manufacturer and main dealer.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you earlier.It went in for Diagnosis test with a fault on my touch screen, keeps going off when using maps.I was told it works on there phone. Problem not solved as I was told the cost would be about £2,000I can not open the bonnet, I only use this to top up my windscreen water.I was told it works, so before leaving I asked if I could try the leaver and it was still the same.Problem not solved.So this has had to have been booked in again.The window wipers were making a noise, so they have been changed and much better now. Thank you.I was told that I needed replacement brake fluid. So I agreed for them to change it.I have checked my paperwork and I had new brake discs and pads, brake discs lining, brake fluid front and rear, this work was carried out in April 2023 when I have service and Mot done.

Arranged to see a car 29th DecArrived and car brought around very efficiently and told Scott would deal be dealing with me all goodScott didn't have a clue, no idea about the car, told me I had till the 31st for the winter promon which was incorrectThen wasnt able to test drive appartently as it wasn't prepped?I asked what happens next?It will be ready for wed 31st and ill let you knowNo communication......Apparently it's sold nowCan you let me know what happened please as im still looking for a VW!

I have purchased a VW Passat TDI with two keys second hand . This vehicle was serviced by you for all servicings prior to being sold. The two keys supplied have your key fob attached. One key works, the other is not for my car. i drove to your showroom today to consult your staff about this, and was told the the Car Auction site swapped the keys. Unless the Auction site had two VW Passats from your showroom at the same time, I find this implausible to say the least. Your staff did not offer to help. except to charge me £120 to programme another key for my car.I have another key . new . from VW and have asked a locksmith to programme this key. It cannot be done as the car is asking for a PIN, which has everyone confused as they have never heard of this before.Please sort this out.
