Car is currently in Lookers Blackpool stating the clutch has failed and have been quoted 2.5k for this repair. The car is under warranty and is only at 50,000 miles. I am struggling to see how this issue is 'wear and tear'.Last year the fuel pressure pump went on my car and I mentioned to the repair team at the time of this that the clutch was burning when setting off, hill start etc. but this was not looked at. I have also mentioned before that the car has other issues such as one side of the speaker was faulty from the date of purchase and minor electrical issues.I have tried to contact many times with little to no response.I have been a loyal customer for 9 years now, maintaining full service history and pristine condition of the cars I have owned. I am due to swap my car in June and now this has happened. I currently cannot get to my work place and without any contact from VW.

We were underwhelmed by what was on offer!

When purchasing the vehicle I was made aware I had a 14 day 'cooling off' period in order to return the car however when now wanting to return due to financial issues I have been told the store has 'too many' of the same model as my car and are unable to take it back.

False advertising that a car has less than 1000 miles more than it truiy had

I’m sorry to inform you that I need to report a serious issue regarding the service performed on my vehicle last Friday at your showroom. After the service, it appears that the technician forgot to properly fix the engine oil cap. Today, when I opened the bonnet to refill the screen wash, I noticed that the engine cover and the surrounding area were covered in spilled engine oil.If I had not opened the bonnet myself, this issue may have gone unnoticed, which is very concerning. I request that my vehicle be inspected as soon as possible. Please arrange to:* Check the vehicle thoroughly* Refill the engine oil to the correct level* Inspect the bonnet, engine cover, and surrounding components for any damage caused by the oil leakage* Confirm that everything is safe and functioning properlyThis is a serious case of professional negligence, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. This has been a very bad service experience for me.I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and request that you arrange an inspection at the earliest possible time.
