TOO MUCH INTERFERANCE FROM THIRD PARTY SOURCES.I PREFER FACE TO FACE COMMUNICATION SEE THE COMMENTS I PUT ON THE OTHER VW SURVEY. REGARDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ORIGINAL TELEPHONE CALL TO BLACKPOOL WAS ROUTED TO NUMEROUS OTHER UK CENTRES BEFORE I LOST THE PLOT AND INSISTED DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH BLACKPOOL Good atmosphere and sociability from walking in with the paperwork,to going home after the work was carried out.Already filled in the main???VW survey praising LIAM , HOLLY and GRACE .Thanks to you all.

I found check in simple, but I still prefer to speak to someone when booking, sorry! I dropped the car off at 8am, I had arranged to leave it all day, however I asked the person on the service desk, Holly if I could have the car earlier as I had to travel back to Manchester. The car was ready for 1pm and I was able to travel back to Manchester and avoid the traffic
