It worked although the service receptionist could not access the system as I dropped of my cat.The staff and facilities are excellent and a genuine credit to VW with very little room for improvement. However, the rigid enforcement of a 0800 opening time does inconvenience people dropping cars off for service on their way to work. Most other garages open at 0730 to avoid the rush.
