It was easy, quick and very understandable. No jargin so well done. I would have no hesitation now to tell my friends and family to go to lookers Blackpool VW as they look after you very professionally, and there is no hidden agenda with them. as I said earlier Grace and Holly on reception and Liam, my sales advisor were all truly professional people so well done and keep up the good workI was treated extremely well and the ladies on reception, Grace and Holly were very professional within their job

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Neil and Grace. Never been treated so well. Had to deal with fiat for the last 10 years and had such poor customer service from them.Thanks again. Will be recommending you to everyone 🤩

Easy to use and didn’t ask a million questions. Nice and simple always wins.Car was taken into the workshop within minutes of arriving. Service was complete 45 minutes before allocated time 👌🏻

My husband is in hospital at the moment, so I had a problem with lighting but the mecanic was so helpful and it was the bulb that had gone and he changed it with a smile and courteous.
