Easy to use and text link advising works carried out etc really useful. Couple of questions where I scored in middle of range due to not visiting the building but forced to enter something. Needs a N/A for those using collection and delivery service. Collection and delivery of car is great.

The service at Blackpool VW was first class from the girls on the desk who could not have been more pleasant the communication with the technicians in the via the app along with Josh who could not have been more helpful and considerate when picking up and dropping off our vehicle thanks to all concerned
