The service at Blackpool VW was first class from the girls on the desk who could not have been more pleasant the communication with the technicians in the via the app along with Josh who could not have been more helpful and considerate when picking up and dropping off our vehicle thanks to all concerned

I reported a problem with the rear brakes but it did not appear on the job card, so I reported it on arrival Reception was efficient, service staff were very informative throughout the process and the chap who did the valeting was excellent.

Initial visit and negotiation to purchase the car were better than expected. It helped me to go there with a friend experienced in the motor trade to get a satisfactory deal. Pickup well apart from the difficulty in getting my photo uploadable to arrange the finance before arriving at the showroom so it took longer than expected for the handover. All staff were friendly and helpful.
