I find the service at lookers always very good

I reported a problem with the rear brakes but it did not appear on the job card, so I reported it on arrival Reception was efficient, service staff were very informative throughout the process and the chap who did the valeting was excellent.

Initial visit and negotiation to purchase the car were better than expected. It helped me to go there with a friend experienced in the motor trade to get a satisfactory deal. Pickup well apart from the difficulty in getting my photo uploadable to arrange the finance before arriving at the showroom so it took longer than expected for the handover. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Could have been more communication via email I was told there would be a valet included in the price but no valet was done on the car

Nothing was too much trouble , went above and beyond to assist me

All went smoothly from collection to return informed through out service .

It’s easy to log in and book and keep updated online Absolutely fantastic from the minute you go to reception the two young ladies are smiley chatted and very helpful they messaged to update on the progress of the car and it was picked cleaned and ready would give them 10stars if you had it
