It’s easy to log in and book and keep updated online Absolutely fantastic from the minute you go to reception the two young ladies are smiley chatted and very helpful they messaged to update on the progress of the car and it was picked cleaned and ready would give them 10stars if you had it

Scott Young dealt with me with extreme patience . I was with out a car after my polo was written off . He kept me updated on my new polos arrival . A very friendly and helpful guy . It was a pleasure being served by him . A credit to have him working for VW Boackpol.
