Was ok but later realised was not sure how things like the service plans worked, the warranty and breakdown cover, all things l hope I will not need .

My vehicle was ready as expected and Neil explained everything clearly. There was an issue connecting to the VW App but I managed to rectify this myself later that day.

Easy with no problems My car was collected as arranged . I was kept fully informed of events by a delightful lady called Grace .
