Everything done as expected, plus parts highlighted by MOT inspection replaced quickly while I waited. Staff are always able to explain what work is necessary and arrange for it to be done. And they're friendly.

Was ok but later realised was not sure how things like the service plans worked, the warranty and breakdown cover, all things l hope I will not need .

My vehicle was ready as expected and Neil explained everything clearly. There was an issue connecting to the VW App but I managed to rectify this myself later that day.

Scott has been absolutely fantastic - he has kindly supported me through the whole process of ordering and waiting for my car. He has taken every email I have spammed him with care and respect and helped with my constant worries.
