Expensive for repairs I find otherwise I would you use you more often.

Scott Young was incredibly helpful throughout and was able to answer every little question. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Disappointed that there was not a full manual supplied with the electric car. More information in respect of the on board computer would have been very useful.

The system is geared to servicing. There appears little contingency for breakdowns, although I am more than satisfied with the outcome it was a case of fitting me in. The call centre only appear to have access to new car sales info and not used car details, I was initially advised that my warranty had expired? The earliest appointment I was offered was 15march at Preston. A promised call back was never received.

Didn't get the valet I was offered.

I would have appreciated being offered some options for getting my car to and from the dealership. I don’t live close and arranging transport can be quite onerous.

Keith Chadwick so helpful. I couldn't manage all the online 'stuff' and he was brilliant with it all. Very good showing us all aspects of the car,which are a bit much for 'over 70's'
