The process of providing replacement cars /fixing dates was poor, did not have enough slots and had to wait weeks to get the issue sorted. Staff however, were very good.

Your automated telephone system is very annoying. Considering there are only a couple of departments, the constant options offered to speak with a-z seems overboard. Also pushing people to book on the internet and then asking if they still wish to speak with a “person” after they have rang the dealership to do just that! Some messages from myself to service were not passed on after I missed a call and rang back. Kieron was busy, so I asked reception for him to ring me. He knew nothing about it when I spoke with him later. All in all it was an ok experience but a few things can annoy some customers like me maybe!

My only gripe is with vw dropping folding mirrors and strip indicators from one of their top spec golfs even though it’s on the model below it !

Would go to lookers blackpool again this is the second we've had off them And so much better than the preston Branch.

Very satisfied with the vehicle and price.

Only problem was with initial booking as the car had a personalised plate put on a week after delivery ( 1 year ago) your database had not been updated and would only book in on the original registration. Don't you link to national database as all insurance companies do which reflects any changes made re personalised plates ?
