Only problem was with initial booking as the car had a personalised plate put on a week after delivery ( 1 year ago) your database had not been updated and would only book in on the original registration. Don't you link to national database as all insurance companies do which reflects any changes made re personalised plates ?

I enquired about part ex on my VW Canmpervan. I have heard nothing back from any of the sales people Scott and Keith who both dealt with my enquiry at separate times. I understand there may be a delay, but have not heard anything
