Came into the Blackpool branch / dealership on 23rd Oct 2022. Dealt with Scott there. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. Lovely guy and not a pushy salesman which was great. I’d use again and recommend. Met the Manager there also who was helpful. Really like my new car so thank you. If I was to purchase again I’d like a run through of all the dash and buttons as when you get a new car takes a bit of time getting used to it. Thanks Scott for all your help.

Fully informed at all times whilst I waited for service and MOT

The service team were excellent. One point I would like to say is when you get a text saying your car is due a service and you are given a time it would be helpful to be informed that your car could be with you all day especially when you are waiting for the car. I was informed when I arrived that you can ask for a priority time when booking but this information was not on the original text. The team were very helpful and my car was ready in a time frame I expected. Thank you again service team for your help and professionalism
