Booked Appointment through lease company which meant I couldn’t organise a good time myself and had to be dictated to as to when I could attend. Joe was great on the service desk and great communication. Was frustrating that parts couldn’t be ordered and received same day despite them being pretty standard.

Very satisfied with service and MOT recently on my Beetle. Everything explained easily and any necessary work carried out at the time, and was cleaned spotless on collection . I feel my wife’s beloved car is in good hands
