There could be more detailed explanation of what is covered by the extended warranty you get on the vehicle when you are buying the vehicle, and explain what is not covered. I was informed on the service I just received that the rear pads and discs were worn and needed replacing, now I understand the pads wearing but I did point out that the rear discs were worn when I brought it back as I had a problem with a vibration which was sorted. This was just after I had bought the vehicle. So I thought paying for the pads was fair but as I had mentioned the disc wear I thought that should have been covered by volkswagen.

I carried out the purchase by phone, after being contacted by Scott about the possibility of changing car earlier than planned. The deal was agreed with the help from Scott and Richard. This is the third car bought this way from Looker’s, just brilliant service with no pressure sales. Thank you

I think the price of £230.00 for the replacement of the NSF Wishbone seems exhorbitant, and although I did take out a further 2 year service plan, I remain anxious re possibly having to face expensive repairs, if needed, going forward.
