Great service and as ever Kieran was brilliant and sorted out the problems with my tyres with minimum fuss but to maximum effect.

Straightforward purchase due to Neil Wardley’s professional handling of T roc.

Neil was excellent.

Not keen on everything being sent by email. On the initial paperwork there were errors so I didn't sign it. I received emails for a long time asking me to sign it!

At the initial meeting when I agreed to buy my car both Keith (sales) & Richard (manager) could not have been more helpful. When my car arrived I received a call from John, as both Keith & Richard were on holiday and I agreed to call him back with a date when I could pick up the car - we were in the midst of arranging a funeral. I tried several times to call John to arrange a pick up time but he was never available, I asked the Receptionist if I could come in to complete the paperwork & was advised that John would email it to me. No email arrived so after 4 days I called in; while we were waiting to see John an email arrived in my inbox. Another salesman then went through the paperwork with me & I arranged to wait for Keith to return from leave to pick the car up. When Keith returned he called me right away & told me he was initially told I had picked up my car the day before. He then had to resend most of the paperwork I had signed in person at the showroom the previous week- this was very disappointing. As a customer It seemed that when 2 key members of staff were on leave everything fell apart! I was able to pick up my car the following day and I am happy with the car and how Keith took me through everything on that day.
