Experience with dealership was excellent, but unfortunately screeching problem when braking unresolved. Paid over £100 to have brakes removed and cleaned, then replaced, but no change to this ongoing issue since before last service in June 2022. Brake pads barely worn, so advised this was unlikely to be the issue. No issue with service, communication and workmanship, but disappointed with outcome having owned Volkswagens with no issues whatsoever for over 30 years. Will instead look to replace vehicle in the near future.

I was served by the most lovely salesman called Scott. He listened to what I had to say and then explained everything to me very clearly. He was not pushy like a lot of salespeople where I just want to leave the garage. He was very clear and very very knowledgeable .His manager I think called John also joined Scott and myself and again a lovely helpful guy . I have had a polo for 4 years and have now ordered another one . This garage was the friendliest and most helpful garage I have ever been to. I would like to say I felt very welcome and very comfortable. I only bought the polo life the entry level polo but was’nt treated any different to people buying a more expensive car which I appreciated. I have met Scott on a couple of occasions and he really is an asset to VW. A huge huge thank you to Scott and John for making it a pleasurable experience for me at VW Blackpool .
