I was served by the most lovely salesman called Scott. He listened to what I had to say and then explained everything to me very clearly. He was not pushy like a lot of salespeople where I just want to leave the garage. He was very clear and very very knowledgeable .His manager I think called John also joined Scott and myself and again a lovely helpful guy . I have had a polo for 4 years and have now ordered another one . This garage was the friendliest and most helpful garage I have ever been to. I would like to say I felt very welcome and very comfortable. I only bought the polo life the entry level polo but was’nt treated any different to people buying a more expensive car which I appreciated. I have met Scott on a couple of occasions and he really is an asset to VW. A huge huge thank you to Scott and John for making it a pleasurable experience for me at VW Blackpool .

We found them very efficient and knowledgeable, and the whole service was completed in less than a week, including collecting the car. Liam was our sales man and he was very obliging and helpful, definitely 5* to that young man. Would definitely recommend lookers at Blackpool on that encounter.

Smooth and seamless experience

Neil Wardle provided his usual excellent customer service, from the initial contact about the new vehicle opportunity to collecting the car. We have dealt with Neil approximately 10 years now, and he is the main reason we return to Lookers Blackpool. We are also really impressed and happy with our new T-Roc.
