I always drive with the handbrake on auto hold. Your technician had obviously tuned this off as part of the service but had not reset it. I was not aware of this until I stopped at traffic lights on a slight incline and the car rolled back. If this had been on a steep hill it would obviously have caused a problem. A separate minor issue is that you had disengaged the dashcam and not reconnected it and I only noticed after a few days.

Both John and Scott where fantastic. They showed us a variety of options and prices. Scott was great when it came to the part exchange, collection of the vehicle and also arranging for my private reg to be fitted. Nothing was to much to ask.
