My visit to lookers be Blackpool was exemplary from a car sales perspective. Not pressurised but helpful and informative. Neil wardle the salesman was extremely professional and I would feel comfortable contacting him for future vehicle requirements.

Liam and the whole team offered exceptional service throughout, made everything easy to understand, and even sourced a vehicle from my specific needs and wants without ever making me feel out of place. Furthermore, the vehicle was cleaned well and where elements required attention they were all undertaken without issue. I'll absolutely be singing the praises of Liam the other staff and Lookers as an entity. Thank you.

I have been to lookers in Blackpool a few times now and have always found their service excellent. The staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Overall I was happy with the service, but I think the vehicle could have had better pre sale checks, particularly valeting and adblue level, as I found these to require immediate attention.

Was phoned about needing to book, very busy time. Car hadn't flagged up servicing need at that time. Most days were all free to book. Told on the day not very busy. Car was in from 10.00 to 4.45pm. Had to enter car details before I got a tel. no. to use if necessary. Not given a detailed list of what the servicing was to cover or its cost (excl. any extras needed). Asked for detailed list of things done on collection and was given a copy of the list. 34 checks were confidence-inspiring. Feel happy with all the work included. Just lacked upfront explanation of jobs and costs.
