I have been to lookers in Blackpool a few times now and have always found their service excellent. The staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Overall I was happy with the service, but I think the vehicle could have had better pre sale checks, particularly valeting and adblue level, as I found these to require immediate attention.

I am very happy with Taigo, but I went to buy a T Cross and was told none available for 8 or 9 months

Was phoned about needing to book, very busy time. Car hadn't flagged up servicing need at that time. Most days were all free to book. Told on the day not very busy. Car was in from 10.00 to 4.45pm. Had to enter car details before I got a tel. no. to use if necessary. Not given a detailed list of what the servicing was to cover or its cost (excl. any extras needed). Asked for detailed list of things done on collection and was given a copy of the list. 34 checks were confidence-inspiring. Feel happy with all the work included. Just lacked upfront explanation of jobs and costs.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The waiting area with coffee and wifi was very welcome. It would be nice to add a vending machine. A very positive first time experience all round.
