Neil Wardle was really nice and easy to deal with. Phoned for a video tour of the car at around 1.30pm and the car was ready to leave the garage at 6.30pm with a deal done. Really nice to talk to and helped me getting to the garage by facilitating a lift from the train station.

On the day of dropping my car off.. I was asked about having my car washed and vacuumed, which was free… I agreed too and when I came to pick it up the car looked awful!!! It had marks all over it like it had been sprayed and not washed off and the inside had never been hoovered with fluff/ bits on floor… I rang back when got straight home and was told sorry it could be due to not enough staff!!!! Orr they set off a disinfectant bomb inside?? I told Tracey that they should not offer a service if they can’t carry it out!! I had to wash the car my self due to it looking a mess… normally I don’t bother, and tbh I won’t again!!! Really what I should of done was go back in the office so they could see the car!!! But I need to get back….. I felt very let down with the situation… I have been a valued member over the years with yourself and never experienced anything like it be honest.. hope you can find out what went wrong …. Need a better system for forming up on delivery dates for overseas manufactured vehicles.

Everything was good and I felt satisfied with the overall booking & servicing experience

As a Northern Irish buyer, who was buying somewhat remotely I think the sales person could have gave more detail in the video walk around instead of a brief overview of the vehicle. I was only informed at the point of purchase that the car i was purchasing was an ex VW management vehicle, not that effected the sale, but would have been a point which would have driven me to the sale quicker.

Very pleased with service here. Better than some other garages and the cleaning of the vehicle is a major plus! Would definitely recommend.
