Excellent service from all - as always. Only a small point; the email sent for online check in doesn't show content when coming through BT mail on my Mac. Not sure why.

There was no pressure involved from the point of my initial visit to the dealership, throgh to and including the negotiation of the purchase price. A test drive was freely offered with no strings attached, much apprecuated and instrumental in my decusion to proceed with my purchase.

We were after two cars, an 18 plate VW Polo and a new VW Tiguan. We were informed of the waiting list, we had been told about this from Adui so weren't surprised but we did find the sales manager to be quite abrasive when asking about vehicle specs and prices. We were happy with the polo the salesman Liam presented (lovely guy) and went ahead with the sale but we have ordered the Tiguan from elsewhere.

Not a very good job on the hoover & clean, think a wet cloth wiped over the inside which left wet marks everywhere, my car was cleaner when it went in. I know it is an extra but if a job is worth doing it should be done properly or not at all.
