In the past you offered a pick up and drop off service - it was sometimes very useful because I don't live close to Lookers.

Not impressed with not taking wheels off to check brake pads. I think they need to be taken off clean the outer discs the surface of the wheel cleaned brake disc too then add cooper slip stop wheel rusting to the brake disc

Because my fault was intermittent it failed to appear whilst it was in the workshop. The team at lookers Blackpool are brilliant and at the first opportunity I will return it for further investigation into the fault. The fault is warning lights on the dashboard and is not hazardous to the safety's of the vehicle.

Scott war very helpful and although there was a delay before the ID3 arrived we were informed about the progress of the build and expected delivery. The car is amazing. Thanks again Lookers for a excellent service

Everything went smoothly and Alex is one of the best salespersons I've had to deal with. My only gripe is when I did my first polish on the car I noticed the windscreen has had a bad stone chip near the vin number. I think the valeters should have picked up on it.
