I have used Lookers (Preston) before but had a poor experience and was actually not going to use VW again due to this. However I called in at Blackpool lookers to discuss returning my car and met with Paul Devere and Scott Young and they were both professional, friendly and welcoming and I did not feel under any pressure as I have done in the past. Therefore I was happy to purchase a new car. I was so happy that I also reassured my daughter how lovely they were and she has now also been in to see them and purchased a new car. They are both a credit to the team and gave a 5 star service throughout the whole process,

Neal was very helpful and explained all about the car when I called into the showroom and he also arranged a test drive for me. In addition, both Richard and Duane provided information on the car I was due to test drive based upon their own personal experiences. Richard and Duane both helped me with my last purchase from yourselves.
