The person at the actual service desk was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I found it easier to book my service in person at the garage. The central booking system was not that helpful. Also not having car pick up or a courtesy car is very problematic.

I knew Lookers provided excellent customer service because I have been there before but they managed to outdo themselves this time. I cannot believe how helpful, pleasant and polite every single member of the team is. I dealt with Scott who was brilliant. It was the day of 'no petrol' and he even arranged for someone to queue up to get petrol for me as I had to be back home for my granddaughter and he then gave me a lift home and brought the car round later on. He kept in contact between visits and was flexible with our appointment to collect our car. An overall pleasurable purchase experience. Lack of a courtesy car has become a disincentive. Home to dealer by car takes 20 minutes, by public transport 110 minutes so much more time is wasted when car service due.
