Scott who dealt with me was very very professional and explained everything to me about motobility, and the cars that where available for me on the scheme. His experience in this field was excellent and very informative. I would like to praise Scott for making me and my daughter feel so comfortable whilst we where there.

Very pleased with the service we got, the salesmen were informative without being pushy and answered all our questions about the car. I was really impressed that they let us have a test drive for an hour, it allowed us to assess the car thoroughly and get the feel it was the one for us. All in all it was a present and satisfying experience dealing with your VW dealership we will shop there in the future and recommend you to our friends.

The person at the actual service desk was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I found it easier to book my service in person at the garage. The central booking system was not that helpful. Also not having car pick up or a courtesy car is very problematic.
