Excellent service throughout.

We live in Essex and this was done via the phone but it’s was very professional and Scott kept me informed regularly at every stage . He was helpful knowledgeable and very courteous and when we took delivery we had a couple of concerns about Bird dropping stain which we pointed out to delivery agent. Scott apologised and was very disappointed that this had happened ,he has arranged for this to be addressed locally here and we are awaiting contact from the company that Scott has instructed to attend our home to resolve. I am very pleased with the service especially from Scott who has been brilliant throughout the who journey
