the only point of disappointment was the fact my original enquiry for a vw golf that was advertised turned out be a lease to buy car in which was not available to view and was tied into a 6 to 8 month contract to blackpool football club. as for the service and hospitality that i was shown was brilliant.

Scott went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé with the purchase of the car. It was a hate buy to start with as we had no choice but to buy a car as ours dies but we absolutely love the car! Great recommendation Scott, and the management are brilliant!

The service from Lookers is really good, unfortunately the Contract car valeters left my car in sun causing some of the trim to tarnish. Lookers dealt with this really quickly, they collected my car and replaced the tarnished trim ,all done professionally. The Lookers staff were very understanding when I contacted them about the tarnish.
