100% Disappointed with the faulty product not the service. All the service engineers and sales team at the dealership have done their utmost to turn around a less than satisfactory situation caused by VW vehicle manufacturing production faults completely out of their control. I think they’ve done their best to save VWs reputation, and I’m 1,000% satisfied with that, but the proof of the pudding is in how I’m feeling once I’ve driven around in the replacement vehicle for a year.
