Great team and very helpful will certainly be back for my next VW

I haven’t returned as they couldn’t find a problem with the air con even though it makes a loud whirring noise. And they said it would be £100 per hour to take the car apart to find the issue which I can’t afford. And the car is only 3 years old so shouldn’t be having issues

No fuss just straight forward and helpful staff. Drove away my new vehicle within a few days of my first enquiry, communication was always prompt and I received a nice follow up video message later in the week. I will return for future car purchases and definitely recommend you to friends and family.

I can not fault the customer service I received a follow up call to ask how I was getting on with the new I had some questions needing answers and they answered all of them

Yes said £20 of fuel would be put in car at my expense. Money was take at the time and after 3 miles fuel light came on. If I was going straight on the motorway would of ran out.

Excellent service from start to finish. I knew roughly how long the service would take enabling me to plan my time. I also received text when my car was ready. Excellent service and very friendly staff.

We were welcomed by Neil Wardle. Friendly and professional. He explained all aspects of new Golf 8 eTSI, and finance options. I have just returned to England from France after 27 years. So Neil’s help was paramount. I have always had a VW Golf since I bought a Mark 1 GTI in 1980. In Ireland, France and Uk, the service and efficiency has been exemplary. Well done Volkswagen.
