Martin Shurmer was exceptional and I’d like to highlight his customer service was impeccable. Constantly keeping me updated on progress, taking photos and replying promptly to my queries. An absolute credit to the VW Team. Unfortunately our vehicle had a major fault resulting in the vehicle breaking down on a major road leaving my young family for 5 hours before an alternative vehicle was found to take us to a place of safety. We had only owned the vehicle for 10 days and were 400 miles from home. I’m seriously disappointed with the product received but service was first class.

Considering the whole deal was done online or via the phone, I was very happy with the process. I’d happily recommend this branch of Lookers

Staff were friendly and helpful

Very poor and unhelpful service when trying to arrange car service. Having had to use ring back the person in a remote office or home was unable to offer a service/MOT slot for 4 weeks (well after MOT expired !!). Managed to eventually speak to garage directly who were very helpful and sorted date and time without any difficulty.

Some of your questions are not relevant as we acquired a motability vehicle. We ordered the car by phone and email during lockdown and were impressed with the service. Just rather a long wait from order to handover but think that was probably a manufacture problem and Covid related!

A long distance purchase where kept in form is a must and they certainly did that. Couldn't fault the service.
