The whole team at Lookers VW Blackpool, from the cleaner, service reception, service advisor and technician, all made the long waiting time easier and more comfortable. The workshop, showroom and reception are well-organised, all areas spotlessly clean and well marked out, with clear guidelines provided about the working practices currently in place through the pandemic and how they have overcome those restrictions to make things easier for visitors. Whilst the team are currently working under great pressure they provided a full major service and MOT in trying conditions within tight time scales. The Lookers VW Blackpool team are highly commendable, professional and efficient, with a friendly and helpful manner throughout, well worth the journey up from Manchester to get the car sorted within the same day.
