He called 2 days after handover to check i was ok with everything. Csilla was also really good. She had just arrived at the dealership and not even started work but she came and helped me with an issue with digitally signing documents. They were both really lovely and it was appreciated.

Scott was very friendly and provided First Class Outstanding Customer Service, test drive was excellent without any sales pressure which sets lookers Volkswagen miles apart from any other company, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, unfortunately Lookers could not compete on price on a Lease deal as Scott explained which is understandable.
