Simple and easy to complete Everything was fine, car was serviced and cleaned outside and in so no complaints. But on comparison to Ingrams Ayr Volkswagen things seemed a little bit less organised, no welcome desk at entry to the showroom, no video sent of the service checks, due to coming back to collect the car on what I think was a lunch break didn't get a copy of service invoice.

Comments made already see question 1 This is the first time since I bought my Tiguan that I haven’t given 5 stars in my review.This is the first time I didn’t receive a video of the health check that I thought was standard,it did say in my communication confirming of the appointment that one would take place. It’s not in itself a major fault by any means, the work was carried to the highest standard as usual and the service was first class, but you asked for my comments and I submit this and close with the footnote that the staff and workmanship at Carlisle VW is second to none.
