It would have been very easy to book the service online but there was no facility to book it with my car being collected by you on the day so I had to ring up to sort it out. When I was going to be charged for this I arranged to bring the car in myself instead. When I first rang to book the service I was told I would be charged to have my car collected so I arranged to bring it myself. However when I needed to change the day and rang again I was told there was no charge for collecting it. I feel Lookers Carlisle are cheating disabled customers if they’re trying to charge us when your policy is not to.

Brilliantly custom services couldn’t fault it.but when receiving my car I got told it had been valeted but there was moody and dust in the foot well and a white sticky substance on the inside of the drivers door

Personnel excellent. Pleasant manner, helpful. Lose star because contact (for query) by phone almost impossible. No answer and suspect dept understaffed.
